Once your refund has been processed, a confirmation message will be logged in the support desk which triggers an email sent to you by our support team.

If you requested a refund but did not receive this confirmation please make sure to check that this message was not sent to a different email of yours or check your ticket status in the support desk . Also, be sure to check your spam/junk folders. After a refund is processed, funds usually appear back in your account immediately, however, please allow 3-5 business days for processing to complete.

Do NOT file a dispute for the purchase. If there is an active dispute on file, PayPal will freeze the funds and our support team cannot complete the refund. Disputed funds may only be received if the customer who filed the dispute, closes it. If you have trouble receiving the funds after closing a dispute, you may also want to reach out to PayPal for account assistance.
Please Note: Once our support team processes the refund, the funds are no longer accessible to us and we do not play any role in the timing of them being dispersed.
